Free Tier
The Free tier is free forever. There's nothing to refund.
Standard Subscription
If you're not satisfied with your subscription, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund of your subscription payment.
How to Request a Refund

- Include: Your email address used for the subscription
- We process: Within 2-3 business days
- You receive: Refund to original payment method within 5-10 business days
What We Need
To process your refund, we need:
- Your subscription email address
- Confirmation that you're requesting a refund (we won't ask why)
That's it. No long forms, no complicated process.
After the Refund
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- The app will revert to Free tier features
- Your local data files remain yours and are not affected
- You can re-subscribe at any time
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from within the app or by emailing us. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then revert to Free.
Refund: If you're within 30 days of purchase and want your money back, we'll refund your payment and immediately revert your account to Free.
Exceptions
Refunds are available for Standard subscriptions only. The Free tier has no purchase to refund.
After 30 days, we generally cannot process refunds, but contact us if there are extenuating circumstances—we want you to be satisfied.
